While our “Taste of” series is designed to represent the classics of a country. Our Vintages collection let’s us explore the more unique and exceptional by country, region, or style.

Highly customizable, our sommelier will select a few options from wine lists from our top Boutique importers.

Due to the limited production of some of these wines, we recommend selecting Sommelier’s Choice, however we have included some wine regions with consistent offerings in the category as well.

That’s not to say other regions do not have some exceptional wines, it’s more to ensure there is a consistent offering of quality and variety to create a tasting.

These wines should be savoured and we recommend 2 to 3 wines for a tasting.
