We're moving beyond food (but still with a little food) and heading to the Royal Ontario Museum for a guided tour of the Ancient Egypt Exhibit.
Ancient Egypt has had a profound impact on modern civilization, including culture, religion, technology, and architecture. The Egyptian collection at the ROM is comprised of approximately 25,000 artifacts spanning from 4,000 BC to 400 AD, with about 2,000 on display in the gallery. Our tour of the exhibit is a unique opportunity to engage with a ROM expert, ask questions and learn about this ancient culture.
The Royal Ontario Museum offers regular tours throughout the day but private tours such as this need to be pre-booked with a minimum 20 guests, making it a perfect outting for Toronto Common.
Our ticket will include admission to the museum, an hour long guided tour of the Ancient Egypt exhibit plus a $10 gift certificate for Famoso.
If you're a member of the ROM you can sign up for "Member Ticket". You must bring your membership card to gain admission. Guests that forget their membership will have to purchase regular admission the day of the event to join the tour as we cannot change tickets after ticket sales close.
