Founder Erin Malin has learned a lot from watching dancers make healthy food choices including how to eat for energy, healing, and nutrients.
And she wants to share that with the rest of the city in a new ready-made Meal Plan for those looking to increase their nutrient intake and Toronto Common has been invited for a taste!
Usually only available for private catering or at the National Ballet cafe, Erin’s fresh, made from scratch, vegetable forward recipes will be available for pre-order in weekly meal plan packages for pick up or delivery.
Inspired from her own way of managing a busy catering business and feeding a family at home, Erin found ways to prepare food while at work that could be kept in the fridge at home and mixed together to create delicious dinners quickly throughout the week.
All made from scratch, with a focus on vegetables and nutrient rich ingredients, they are a great way to keep prepared food on hand that’s ready to eat for today’s busy lifestyle.
Each weekly box contains the elements for 3 beautiful dinner bowls for 2 people and can be mixed and matched for quick dinners or light snacks to boost your intake of fresh foods throughout the week.
- 6 servings of protein (23-27 grams of protein per serving)
- 6 servings of grains
- 3+ servings of vegetables per meal
- Plus sauces and extra toppings of nuts, seeds, herbs and sprouts
Proteins, vegetables, and grains are all seasoned, cooked, and ready to eat on their own or mixed with sauces and toppings to create ballerina favourites.
Our event will be a great way to try these bowls before you order with mini versions of Erin’s bowls plus an opportunity to mix and match.
Sign up for a month at the event and get $25 off, the full value of your ticket.
