The Elm Tree is a family-run, modern Mediterranean restaurant focused on quality, fresh, ingredients.

Executive Chef, Ben Mishaev, studied at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and apprenticed and worked at Michelin Star Cafe Boulud in New York, always with the intention of coming back to Toronto to open a restaurant with his family.

3 years in and the Elm Tree is quickly becoming one of Toronto's hidden gem restaurants for great food, service, and ambience.
