We're moving beyond food (but still with a little food) and heading to the Royal Ontario Museum for a guided tour of their new Viking Exhibit!
The new exhibit sheds some light, dispels some myths, and reveals some truths about this ancient culture with some of the latest archaeological finds.
The Royal Ontario Museum offers regular tours throughout the day but private tours such as this need to be pre-booked with a minimum 20 guests, making it a perfect outting for Toronto Common.
Our ticket will include admission to the museum, admission to the Viking exhibit, an hour long guided tour of the exhibit plus a $10 gift certificate for Famoso.
*Please note tickets for this event close earlier than usual as the ROM requires at least two weeks notice for tours.
The Royal Ontario Museum is Canada's largest museum and home to more than six million objects and specimens, featured in 40 gallery and exhibition spaces.
Opened in 1914, it showcases art, culture, and nature from around the globe and across the ages and is an international leader in new and original findings in biodiversity, palaeontology, earth sciences, the visual arts, material culture and archaeology.
