The Beverley Hotel is an 18-room boutique hotel in Toronto’s downtown core located on Queen St West. Famous for its summer rooftop patio, the Beverley’s new management is bringing more quality food, drink, and merriment to this unique location with their new restaurant and cocktail bar Do Not Disturb.
Executive Chef & Partner Vittorio Colacitti, owner of the Good Son and Born and Raised, has created a menu as diverse as Toronto with a mix of cuisines and a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. Beverage Director Moses McIntee carries this through to the Beverage program with a rotating cocktail menu featuring quality spirits and seasonal ingredients along with a curated wine and beer list.
